Tregunter

Mid-levels, Hong Kong
2018 – 2019
220 s.m.

With numerous restrictive structural walls, internal bathrooms and a long corridor, we managed to transform an outdated layout of this early high-rise residential of over 40 floors built in 1980 into a contemporary layout with connected Living, Dining, Study and Openable Kitchen for a family with 2 children. The long corridor becomes a gallery and houses a open pantry near the bedroom end together with ample concealed cabinets. The results are very airy rooms for the various living and sleeping spaces, bathrooms and kitchen.
