This townhouse at Niseko village of the ski resort was an exercise to modify a rectangular box as required by the number of rooms for rental purpose and planning code on building bulk. We restrain the use of only timber siding and metal panel on the external walls to give the building a spartan yet rich feel and sat well with the neighbourhood.
