The fit-out of this spacious townhouse built in the late 1970s was carried out to suit the rental market after the owners moved out. As with most fit-out work on townhouses of similar sizes, a lift was added to increase the property value. All finishes and fixtures installed were of relatively low maintenance and yet offered luxurious feel. Together with high ceilings in various rooms, the atmosphere is minimal and spacey.
